I have just taken delivery of a Humax Foxsat-HDR - actually had a local company install it in place of Sky+.

Nice piece of kit but the manual's a little short on comprehensible detail. If anyone knows the answer to these two questions I'd be delighted to hear from you

1. Recording start/stop
The very first page of the manual says 'Accurate recording is only available when the Record > Early start tine and Late end time options are set. I can see a system option for that. Any ideas? (meantime I have set the sys option to add 1minute pre and post recording overrun.

2. Universal Remote
Have got it controlling the PVR and now my TV, but am looking for codes for a Denon DVD player. There are three codes given in the appendix but only one of them works and even that is limited. It will turn the DVD player off but not on.

What do they have online, maybe a forum or FAQs?
