   | Wow - my SonCaNikonPus could do with some help! Should it be called LeiSoCaNikonPus or SonCaNikonPusCa? Glass is where it's at Al_________________

   | Well, yes, from the Nikon or Canon fans, but there's been an increase in other makes being suggested as more people get into DSLRs these days. I still think it's a valid option for a thread, rather than lose it in the general noise of discussion._________________My Flickr | Snaptophobic BloggageHeather Kay: modelling details that matter. | I would maybe open it up further, beyond the camera - there is a far greater variety of lenses, tripods, monopods, filters etc and enough to confuse anyone when it comes to handing over the cash.
 Maybe substitute camera for equipment?

   | My suggestion was just a joke by the way if anyone missed it. I've got a Samsung GX10 (Pentax K10D). At the price point when I bought it - and wanted a twin lens kit - most suggestions of what to buy were typically Nikon D40X or Canon 450D. After looking at some reviews and listening to non-NiCan fans I went against the grain. Glad I did too! _________________Twitter Blogflickr

   | Depending on how x404.co.uk develops outside of the forum, I was considering asking saspro about setting up a gallery page, possibly using flickr images from the pool. It's pretty trivial to do using the flickr API. Edd

   | Or my preferred response having thought about it a bit during my recent coach trip - 'It doesn't matter.'

   | I agree Edd, think this is an excellent idea. Maybe not an instant possibility but definatly something for the future.

   | Yes, certainly I was thinking long-term, once things have settled down and we can start expanding outwards a bit. Edd

   | Like me, I just submitted my first picy but would rarely come to this area to be honest, sorry guys. Although its rare for me not to look at the entries, I suppose its back to the cross over argument about the meeting place's value being that all areas used it._________________
