Please pass it on to someone who'd want to use it bratty!  Which model is it by the way? Does it have a lens? If it'll accept MD mount lenses, I'll gladly forward a 50mm to whoever.

no idea what it is  its got a 28-80mm AF lens and at the side of the front it says "Dynax 500si Super" googled: this is it:

The little Dynax's are good fun cameras. I think EW should get to have a play with it! Sadly, it's the AF mount. What that does mean, though, is that I think Ewan's Sony lens from the digi will fit it. I'll do some Googling to check that, but AFAIK, the Minolta AF mount fits the modern Sony digi mount. I wonder if they're backwards compatible...

Ah, bonus! I forgrot about the whole Sony/Minolta relationship. I've always fancied a film SLR, to see if I can create some intriguing double exposures.

Yeah, it looks like the lens on your Sony would be compatible with the lens on the Minolta.  You can check out the user manual for it here.
