Come and join the fun.
A virtual meeting documenting whatever you want to document at 9 O'clock on the 09/09/'09.

The rules are simple, take a picture of anything you want to at either 9am or 9pm (or both if you really want to!), and submit it to this group.
Extra points for the person/people that submit a capture from 9:09:09.
Facebook Event, Flickr group.

So, what is the significance of the date and time?

I'm intrigued, because it's so specific and can only happen once a century!

I was invited to a 4am project, but I just can't do that when I have work and what with all the other stuff going on in my life right now it's just not feasible for me, so I decided to do my own variation on the theme.

It would be really nice if people could get behind it. (8+)

Of course there's always 10:10 on 10/10/10 next year, and two more similar dates in 2011 and 2012, but after that - gone!

At a push you could do 13:13:13 on the 13th of each month of 2013.
At a push.

Thanks Mark.

I've got reminders all over the place, but I bet I still miss it.

You can take a picture on your 'phones camera then.
It doesn't have to be a pro image and there's always 9:09 in the evening too.

Depends - having a camera out could get me lynched. :(

That's 21:09. And I may well be on the plane back down here, just depending on a few things. I'll try!

Only if you use a 24hr clock.
Analogue clocks don't do that, unless they have a 24hr face, which most don't seem to these days.
