Probably a stupid question, but anyway I can get paid? Just discovered I'm in a picture that's on the back of the 13/14 Crystal Ski hard copy brochure... |

Are you a subject of the photo, or just filling? Also, did you sign a model release? I expect payment depends on the image, how it’s used, etc.. Your employment contract may cover use of your image for publicity purposes. |

Isn't the issue with the photographer than with the magazine? (unless magazine employs photographer permanently) |

I'm just the filling. I wasn't employed by them when the photo was taken. But after some more digging. It would appear the photographer (my friend/business partner from last winter) posted the image to Facebook. So that's the end of that! |
