Looks like I'm talking myself into getting up at 5am to catch the local fish market, which starts at 6am. Wish me luck. I've packed some Ektar 100, some Fuji 160c, Neopan 400 and some Fuji 400. |

Good luck Al. Don't get so engrossed that you forget to buy you're breakfast whilst you're there ![]() |

![]() Well, that was interesting. As a location, it's not the most visually dynamic place. I'll be interested to see what I've got - it's more or less a load of blokes in white coats and wellies standing around white boxes in a big white room lit by fluorescent strips. So, as a challenge to get something interesting, it was good fun. We'll see what I managed later, by which time hopefully my internetz will be mended and I can use Flickr properly. In the end, I shot the Fuji 400 and the Neopan 400. Anything slower would have been struggling, and it's not the sort of place you can use a tripod easily/safely. They were all super suspicious of the bloke with the camera as it was. After the sunrise, the light was a little better, so I got some of the Fuji 160c off as well, but like a dozen shots. |

Well, I've uploaded the (very) few I'm happy with. I'm clearly not at my best before coffee or breakfast. Even making conversation that made sense was difficult. The B&W stuff was finally dropped at the lab today, and the dude's not back till Monday, so it'll be a week after that. ![]() |
