Only last weekend someone was telling me about this technique. Basically, you get two lenses, and mount them both on your camera. The first lens is mounted on the body as normal, and the second is mounted the other way round using the filter threads and an adapter ring. You effectively have a microscope.

I did this technique with the macro shots on my Flickr. To do it properly make sure both lenses are the same diameter, otherwise you'll get big vignettes on your images.

The only two lenses with the same diameter I have is my wide angle and serious zoom lens. Where can I get those filter screw adapters?

Thanks. But what you need is a ring that gives you the ability to mount a two lenses together - facing each other.

77mm Metal Reverse Mount
Try searching for the terms "Reverse Mount" or "Reverse Ring Coupler".

I'd try gaffer tape and elastic bands to start with. :D

Oh sorry. As Mark says I'd search for "Reverse Ring Coupler" or similar.

I've seen a blog about some cheapskate using a Pringles tube setup, allows for easier adjustment I guess.
