When the prices are 200% wholesale, 7% isn't much of a cut. I can't believe we've been paying double.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

If its double then that's 50% GP most food operations work on 60% plus on food and 70% plus on beverage. :D

Ofgen should have clamped down and forced a cost plus 5% pricing regime. If they invest then they can charge more. OfGen have been a waste of space.
