So knowing government IT projects this will be late, over-budget and stuffed full of incorrect and inaccurate information.

It would make more sense if this solved the problems for most people though freeing up the staff for the more complicated cases, providing a better service. Won't happen because they will want to reduce staff numbers.

Medical advice over the internet is frought with as many problems as telephone consultations, if not more.


This has all the hallmarks of FAIL.

I would envisage this been used mainly to fill in forms for benefits and giving guidance as to where to go to get help, such as telephone numbers for relevant departments. Medical assessments would be a legal minefield.
