Weird, cool and I bet very scary for the girl.
I've heard of people speaking in different accents after waking from comas but never in different languages!

The really impressive fact is that anybody recovers from a medical condition at Split's KB Hospital, a trully scary place.

Sort of. In that episode, it was the spirit of an Naval intelligence officer (IIRC) who was cohabiting the girl's body.

I understood it is not that unusual for someone to begin speaking another language after a head injury. It's something to do with the speech centres in the brain.
In this case, the youngster has obviously been learning German.
