The only aspect of gaming that is bad is the lack of physical effort involved. They are entertainment after all.

Even at that, at least it's some sort of mental and physical engagement - more than you'll get from watching Britain's Got Problems :x

Very very true but even the brain needs an occasional complete turn off time and I guess that is what ITV is perfect for now.

I agree, I barely watch ITV now. The last thing that I watched was Doc Martin many months ago. That was entertaining even if a slow drama. I can go with their saturday night entertainment without any trouble.
