No it really is a conspiracy - they drip us information about the bins, so we go on the hunt of that conspiracy and put a load of videos on Youtube etc.

Meanwhile, they are doing all sorts of dodgy stuff with the libraries, and most people don't even realise!

I am waiting for this to be an X-Files episode.

It's successor was never as good and given ceefax is now pretty much gone.... I think Paul Rose (they guy who wrote it) is doing soap scripts now or something...
