Mobile phone masts kill babies only when they collapse onto them.
Best Beloved had a guided tour around the Crystal Palace TV transmitter site yesterday. That's been pumping megawatts of radiation out into London and the South East since the 1950s. No-one complains about that.

Yes we have a serious problem with shoddily built mobile masts. Are there any statistics on how many have collapsed?  Also why do babies play near mobile masts anyway?

If they are playing out that late, maybe the watershed for TV needs to put back further as well. Kids are clearly staying up longer.

Children have always stayed up past 9pm. They did it when I was a lad and they're doing it now. Why go with the knee jerk reaction of saying the watershed needs moving?

And how often do babies sit and watch programs beyond the watershed?  The blighters are usually asleep most of the time, that is when they are not eating or filling nappies.
