And this is one of the many, many, many reasons why I think you should have to have some sort of licence to use a computer in the workplace.

Workaround I once worked on a friend's dad's computer. He had the hard drive divided into eight partitions, C: through H:, with a 'Documents' directory tree on each one. Each new file appeared to be saved to a partition at random. I knew enough not to ask.

Press the Windows key and then type snipping (Windows Vista and 7).

My wife uses that constantly. I tend to paste the entire screen into paint and trim down the edges, mostly because of habit and I tend to forget the snipping tool exists.

Mmm, Deluxe Paint IV. Shame it didn't really take off on the PC, it was a great program.
