I doubt that anything will come of this. The regulator will fall for the BS that will mean that the public will get ripped off still further.

They certainly do with gas - Centrica (? British Gas I believe?) lost loads of customers and still turned a profit selling what they'd 'forward bought', for one... _________________Plain English advice on everything money, purchase and service related:
