Im sure they will appeal otherwise everyone with any nonce will say they run an open WiFi system

My Router for example allows for "Guest Accounts" and I can set upload / download limits - that can be open. It does not allow any access to my internal network just the internet - useful for when friends visit.

If you read the judgment the judge refers to the German case that big_D talks about sometimes
