Shouldn't that be Samsung or Cadbury's suing the other over the use of the Galaxy name. Though I suspect that Ford are keeping quiet.

Not really, no. Since it's a joke, the verb is irrelevant. Disagree - the interpretation of the joke IMO varies partly on the context. If you nearly accidentally stole one of those, IMO that's a different interpretation to if you nearly accidentally bought one of those. IMO it's a subtle but clear difference. _________________He fights for the users.
