SourceIs it me, or does anyone else think that nothing takes the wind out of a scientific discovery's sails better than having Ahnold discuss it?

So this is what happens when the big dogs hear about perpetual motion and free energy Next they will be "inviting" scientists to confirm what they are saying is true but the scientist will have to rely on the lab's own measurements. All I want to know is when can I buy the keyring version?

Err no, all the lasers are used for is providing the initial heat to start nuclear fusion.
Once nuclear fusion has been started, it is self sustaining until it runs out of fuel and just gives us a sh*t load of energy.
This is just one of many ways that it can be done. And it can be done.

I got that, I was just trying to be funny How many times have I read, "more energy out than we put in". It's just that normally it relates to a circle of magnets spinning around not a massive sphere of super ht lasers

TBH, it was verging on the edge of being the absolutely unfunniest thing I have said in a very long time so yes, you are normal.

There's some truth to that, but have him wielding it like an ordinary gun or mounted on his shoulder or something, and you're on to a winner
