Actually free might be one way but significantly dropping the price is another. I have recently got interested in games for the mac via the App store so long as they are dirt cheap. I have been playing a lot of Star Wars: Empire at War which I got for £18 as a download. In fact I think the benefits are excellent. No need to have to install a disc all the time, and can install it on any machine I like. Plus the price is low enough to take a risk on. Free for a month only benefits those who know such deals are on. A better strategy will be lower prices permanently for earlier versions.
