Apart from the fact he has all ready admitted to listening into an illegally obtained voicemail and there being a very nice and easy audit trail of money that points a finger straight to him. In fact its bang to rights, all it needs is for him to be charged and hes toast.

The “blagging” invoices are for phone records, vehicle registration records, ex-directory numbers, to monitor mobile calls, obtain phone bills and get numbers called as well as paying off bent police officers to provide information.
