The point is that some of their hospitals are considered among the most efficient in the world, and we seem to need more efficiency, because we want to get more for our money.

They might have what we need, and it may be for sale. It is irresponsible to rule out even investigating this option on the grounds of juvenile political tribalism.

How can such a simple proposition possibly cause you people such confusion?
