Don't move your sodding console while it's running then! you don't pick up and move a full desktop pc while playing a dvd do you?

Only reason the ps3 doesn't get this blame is from the blu ray coating, I'm sure it will still do it to DVDs and cds

I haven't had a single scratched disc

I think the problem was the slightest knock was enough originally, IIRC, but I don't know what the context of the Techradar review is.

It's a bit of a problem with this generation anyway since the systems were designed to enable setting on their side... Forgot about the coating on BRs - certainly helps explain why second-hand PS3 games are generally in good nick :)
