Opera raised the browser feature ante today by announcing Opera Unite - placing a web server in every client and encouraging end users to share content from their own desktop with the world.
1 - Don’t all major OSs include a server of some form. Mac OSX comes with Apache, I bet Linux does too. Does Windows have some kind of server? I know XP Pro and Win 2000 did, what about Vista?
2 - Most domestic ISP terms & conditions forbid connecting an outward looking web server. So I can’t point DNS server at one of my machines and use it to serve up web sites, etc..

Windows XP, 2000 and Vista (in their most expensive form) come with IIS.
