Why not name the scheme in question then hammer anyone who still carries on? Oh, and is there any fcuking chance of going after the 'real' avoiders?

Why not simply ban all tax dodges and cap any benefit so that people like Jimmy Carr do not get an effective tax rate of 1%, instead of the 45% he would have paid. Also fine the accountancy firms on a per partner basis so that the big firms have to pay hundreds of millions even if their partners are overseas. By making the fines applicable to accountancy firms you end the abuses.
