It is also not selling well. Only 2 million have been sold.

And how many sent back?

We found at work the RT wasn't suitable (cannot connect to Exchange because of our security policies and cannot connect remotely through UAG [MS said because it's a 3rd party application!!?] all of which the iPad can do) so it went back. The guy on the phone said a lot had gone back.

I'm a little bit shocked at the price of the Pro. For the money it's obviously not competing with other tablets so presumably it's looking at the Ultrabook market?

I would not know. The figures could be high, I know that the returns rate of iPads is very low, though the real story is how many would actually buy another.

How may would buy another iPad? I don't remember the specific for that device, but generally people answer yes to 'would you buy another iDevice' roughly 3/4 of the time in surveys. Android numbers are around similar, been creeping up since 4.0 came out. Bit hard to ask that question for Windows 8 devices given they've only been on the market for such a short time.

I think that the satisfaction ratings for the iPad are above 90%. I will accept that the Surface is too new to compare right now. Maybe in six months it will need to asked.
