And in the UK, it would be illegal. They passed a law decades ago, which states the maximum amount you can pay in different coins. Yes but they could pay in £1 coins
at 9.5g / coins and assuming its 100 million as a billion (well they are Americans) its still 950 Tons (metric) of coins so that must be a fair number of trucks

Makes that 950 000 kg which converts to 2 091 391 lbs (US) and since the max load of a US Semi truck is around 50 000 lbs (US) means 42 trucks which is do able. _________________Do concentrate, 007... American, or rather "short scale" billion, which the UK also now seems to use, is 1000 Million, also called a Milliard. A normal, or Long Scale Billion is a Million Million.
