If it gets bad I go into vampire mode and stay up at night and sleep during the day. Though I appreciate few have the flexibility to do it.

You haven't seen me after an hour and a half on the trains. Normally I get air con on the overground but it was working last night and the windows are screwed shut. Lots of screaming babies, pissed off commuters and a couple of very smelly women. Sometimes I hate my keen sense of smell!
