Yes but we hear of cases all the time where people are discharged from hospital and die within hours or days of the same condition that they went in for. This is not about my brother but more about the billing of people who go to A&E after seeing their GP. The whole process is time consuming and expensive on its own. Billing creates a whole new bureaucracy just to process and collect fees whether it is at your GP or hospital.
