Well probably not. The terms of the will have not been met. It is clear that it should be used to clear the final debt not be used I part payment of it.

No, I meant when they were talking about changing the rules, which they'll clearly have to do if it's ever to be used.

No, I meant when they were talking about changing the rules, which they'll clearly have to do if it's ever to be used.

I realised that but the terms of the will were very specific. If not it should be returned to the family of the deceased.
