If you need this because of the people you work with then you should ask if you can reclaim it against your tax.

It isn't funny, such irritations are horrible. I suffer from dry legs and need to rub ointment into them regularly. Whilst it certainly wasn't clever, I can understand him and responding to a medical condition isn't masturbation  , unless he was a nympho I guess. People seem to have a one track mind these days.

Yes but he was in the pool only just before so why didn't he apply the shampoo in a cubicle there? I will also admit to occasionally having uncomfortable underwear but I have not needed to go to the lengths that he went to. If possible and necessary I would go to a public toilet and remove them and go commando till I got home. If he did have a problem why didn't he see his doctor? It could be down to a change in detergent. Also shampoo is not necessarily going to help it might have chemicals that might irritate a skin condition.

It states, that he didn't have his ointment with him, so that suggests that it was a pre-existing medical condition. He probably thought he could make it home, before it became too bad.

Yes but why didn't wait till he got home? Pre existing condition would suggest that he should have taken his ointment with him just in case. Still sounds slightly dodgy.

So if he's had his ointment to hand, it'd be ok to sit on a public bus applying the unguent to his genitals?
