Yes shooting a disabled woman with a walking frame. She must have been a serious threat to life and limb! /s

The police might have to be put on retraining. You cannot shoot bystanders, because that might be a bullet that will save your life, which it will not if it is in a bystander. I wonder if the police just treat such settlements as occupational hazards?
