If they really wanted it to be a success they should have given the average postal worker a lot more than 10% of the company.

the sad thing about this is that the Govt. have nationalised the debt (pension funds) and are now going to privatise the profitable part
it makes no sense beyond dogma ...

Don't forget that they also took billions out of the post office and royal mail for years at levels well in excess of corporation tax.
