The problem is that they have strick price controls on lots of items (toilet paper being one) so people are buying it and selling it on (even to other counties) for a profit

I remember reading an article about this few months back.

The factory making the loo rolls said that they could make far more money by exporting them rather than selling them in their own country :lol:

Result being that they exported 100%
