If guilty, it must be crap nearing the end of your life only to get that knock at the door... We never get the full details on these things anyway, I mean should you have to prove someone was particularly sadistic, for instance, since the alternative to 'following orders' was likely mutilation and/or death? There's so many ethical and moral questions around it.
