Cop attempts to detain woman, she resists, he strikes a couple of times, she resists, cop strikes a couple more times, she submits. No story here tbh.

That escalated quickly! What happened to using appropriate force? Was she physically violent towards the cop? Not in that vid clip she wasn't. At what point does her demeanour alter from resisting to submission? Because it looks to me at the point when the cop stops repeatedly pounding on her, she's as passive as she was before the cop started pounding on her. Perhaps you are mistaking her defence against an aggressor as being resistance against detention. Again, we only have what is available to us from the link and have no prior knowledge of anything that may have takem place between the cop and the civilian, but your description of the events depicted are certainly not the way I see it.
