From the article posted by the OP.

So, basically, VM customers are not seeing the choice because engineers just flip them off when they test the connection.

All of this only serves to make me expect that Cameron will issue a fatwa calling for the filters for everyone - including existing customers - to be switched on, regardless of whether they have made the choice already.

Vigrin did e-mail me the other week saying there were filters available that I could switch on if I wanted
