I can't see that it changes anything really if the law was being applied sensibly anyway, unless it actually means continually asking if the person is OK or talking them through it :lol: :oops:

Of students weren't allowed to give consent after a drink in the UK, then almost every student in the country would be in prison for rape.

Yeah, they've been having regular meetings about that sort of thing it seems. It's recent feminist slant apparently comes in for a lot of stick from some of the readership.

All this will do is add one for agrument

Defendant "She said yes"
Victim "No I didn't"

so it will still be the case of one persons word against another in these type of cases

Obviously explaining all the possible outcomes and risks, so it's valid and informed.

Clearly both parties will need to be sober, as well as having witnesses to the signing.
