Wonder what the laws on torture actually are in Pakistan?

I have to say it's completely wrong, but part of me likes the deviousness and level of planning behind it :oops:

It wouldn't surprise me.
The Dr David Kelly affair for instance.
The thinking seems that yes, we didn't kill him directly. But we might know a nation who did on our behalf (looking in your direction France).

we outsource all kinds of jobs to this area and it seems the Govt have decide to outsource torture to them as well
nothing like getting someone else to do your dirty work while preaching human rights abuses elsewhere …

If the goverment outsourced this then where was the competitive tendering

I have done a search on the Goverment e-portals which they have to use for tendering of contracts >£250K and can find no mention of it

I wonder if we can have the home / foreign secretary up for breaking goverment rules
