i have yet to see any one, who were in control of any of the organisations, that allowed this to happen over so many years face any investigation let alone prosecution ...

i see that the lack of (so called) 'management' or any other replies speak volumes
these that aided and abetted then covered up such crimes should be treated to a far greater punishment then those that committed the crimes
because they made that choice and could have prevented the crimes, but didn’t.
rotting in hell or prison is just not good enough, but taking everything they own, in compensation, for the victims just might satisfy ...
