I remember a few years ago a police officer almost lost his job for clipping a kid around the ear. He should've just zapped the little scrote, and no one would've batted an eyelid.
I remember (when ah were a lad) if I had done something bad enough to get a smack around the head from a local bobbie and went running to my parents, they'd give me hell for getting in enough trouble to warrant it.
