Finally! I've had my GMail account pretty much since they were available, and I've never had any problems with it, it's been as stable as I've wanted it over the last five years or so...

Yep, I even remember a website where people could offer to trade stuff/exchange money for a Google Mail invite!

Thankfully someone on a forum was offering them to fellow forumites once (and he only had 10!), and I was lucky enough to get one. I am one of the people lucky enough to get a "Gmail" address instead of a "googlemail" one.

The Googlemail tag is a legal technicality - all addresses will work if you enter @gmail............
