Er, the intel should be hanging out of that if there's been that many incidents. FFS most organised crime groups operating at street level have the wit to keep it shy, so I doubt this bunch are anything special in terms of capability. I get the feeling the police are somewhat downplaying who is involved though. Local sensibilities?
