I suspect the usual 'think of the kids!' overreaction, but that's not to say we shouldn't study the effects. I'd also consider the effect of the billion dollar industries that tell females they look like crap.

Its a totally pointless Bill in its own right - It probably allows the State to give monies to organisations that will help it combat "This Menace" that will just happen to be its biggest supporters
