He's broadly correct, which is why he got such a sharp response. He's also a man who seems to be ruled by his personal attitudes on subjects over professionalism, fcuk knows what he was like as a GP.

It's pre-emptive. Fox was a major Brexiter, and they're trying to get it into people's heads that British business is uncompetitive, so when Article 50 is enacted and the UK economy immediately tanks, it's down to us all being lazy and nothing at all to do with Brexit, which would make it their fault.
