It's an ominishambles and even the government can't quite hide it.

I think that Rolls Royce is probably now suffeciently strong to be able to cope with bad management.
Jobs for the boys at that level no matter what skills you lack.

Hs2 keeps reminding me of that bad case of illness that laid the country low. There is only one consolation and that is that if it had been in the South it would have all been done and dusted without any discussion at all.
