I'm a customer and I can't say I noticed. Mind you, who actually phones anyone any more?

Yeah, I've only been calling morons recently; everyone else gets a WhatsApp message or a text.

I've been thinking of using their equivalent of a Giffgaff package cos it's cheaper and, on paper, better. But this has given me pause, and they were historically awful, so... :?
