How have they revealed it? Is there actually a list anywhere or are they just asking us to take their word?

I wondered that too. But thinking about it, it would be a bit daft of them to find all the sites where malware is pretty much guaranteed, then post a list so people can visit them. (stupid) people might hold them responsible or something.

I've found that - I've followed some google links just recently to fairly innocent looking sites (I think the last one was to do with V8 engines) only to be stopped at the door by my AV.
