I notice the seller is on ebay, therefore small time, compared to say an ISP advertising broadband at considerably higher speeds than they can provide. Cocksuckers.

This happens all the time on ebay, yet ebay don't seem to care.

Yet they're still selling a 4GHz PC. Not an overclocked one. Its 2x2GHz. Why dont eBay stop this.

I wanted to complain but when clicking on the complaints procedure it just donwloaded a PDF with far too much text for me to be bothered to read. Is there a simpler way?
