Can somebody please explain the point of this :?

If you are using IE its for a reason e.g. old applications that won't work with a good browser. So its of no use to you and just creates problems.

I'm using Chrome right now. Firefox is just too buggy at the moment, and slow in comparison.

Don't get me wrong not knocking Chrome but why put it in a frame in IE ............ :roll:
