But is there anyone who provides a better deal than O2, especially with unlimited data access and better coverage?

Orange have better 3G coverage of the UK than O2 overall but the story I read is that the deals are fairly proscribed by the contract with Apple, so the prices will be very similar. It may be more a case of which gives you better coverage in the places you spend most of your time...
